Bombshell Society Member Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Treats & Treasures Resale Shop, operating The BOMBSHELL Society (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the member (“Member,” “you,” or “your”). By enrolling in any BOMBSHELL Society membership tier, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. MEMBERSHIP TIERS The BOMBSHELL Society currently offers the following membership tiers: Bombshell Babe (Free Membership) Bombshell Luxe ($14.99/month) Bombshell Elite ($26.99/month) Membership benefits, rewards, perks, and pricing are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. 

2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BILLING Paid memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Treats & Treasures Resale Consignment Shop LLC to charge your selected payment method each month until your membership is canceled. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company. 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time, unused perks, rewards, or benefits. • • • 1 If your payment method fails or your subscription becomes inactive, your membership perks may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. 

4. BOMBSHELL BUCKS REWARDS PROGRAM Bombshell Bucks are promotional loyalty rewards offered exclusively through The BOMBSHELL Society. Bombshell Bucks: Have no cash value Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged May only be redeemed according to Company guidelines May expire at the discretion of the Company Are subject to promotional limitations and exclusions The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bombshell Bucks rewards program at any time.

 5. MEMBERSHIP PERKS & BENEFITS Membership perks may include, but are not limited to: Birthday rewards Bombshell Bucks rewards VIP early access Members-only discounts Exclusive events Monthly Bombshell gifts Quarterly shipping rewards Members-only collections Additional promotional perks Perks, products, event access, and promotional offers are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to substitute, modify, delay, or discontinue membership benefits at any time without prior notice. 

6. MONTHLY BOMBSHELL GIFTS Bombshell Elite members may receive curated monthly gifts as part of their membership benefits. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 2 Monthly gifts may include: Accessories Beauty items Treats Boutique items Samples Self-care products Motivational items Exclusive Bombshell merchandise Members are responsible for applicable shipping and handling fees associated with monthly gifts unless otherwise stated. Gift contents may vary monthly and are not guaranteed to meet individual preferences. 

7. QUARTERLY FREE SHIPPING REWARD Bombshell Elite members may qualify for quarterly free shipping rewards after maintaining an active Bombshell Elite membership for three (3) consecutive months. The Company reserves the right to place limitations on eligible shipping methods, order totals, promotional combinations, and redemption timeframes. 

8. EXCLUSIVE EVENTS Certain membership tiers may receive access to exclusive events, promotions, private shopping experiences, live sales, or member-only activities. Event access may be limited by availability, location, capacity, or scheduling. The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, or substitute any event without liability. 

9. MEMBER CONDUCT Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within The BOMBSHELL Society community. The Company reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for: Harassment Fraudulent activity • • • • • • • • • • 3 Chargebacks Abuse of rewards systems Inappropriate conduct Violation of Company policies 

10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Membership in The BOMBSHELL Society is intended for promotional, lifestyle, shopping, and community purposes only. The Company does not guarantee any financial, emotional, personal, or business results from participation in the membership program. 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Treats & Treasures Resale Consignment Shop LLC shall not be liable for: Lost rewards Technical interruptions Website outages Delayed shipments Product availability issues Event cancellations Third-party service interruptions Indirect or consequential damages Participation in the membership program is at the Member’s own discretion and risk. 

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Company website or membership platform.
